Dies to die for challenge

Hi hope you are all having a fab weekend, sorry not been on in a while been looking after my dad who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer, so can only grab a few minutes here and there, as there is sooooooo much going on at the minute.
todays card is for the Die to die for Challenge.

This project was inspired by Bev Rochester, I seen this on her Lili of the Valley page and I fell in love with it, (click on link to get instructions) so I printed the instructions off, and I have made all my Grand children one each for Easter, 
I used the large die from Spellbinders, the Stamp is from Lili of the valley and the card that its stamped on is from Die to die for called labels 6, I coloured it in with Spectrum Nior pens, flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts, the handle is punched with a martha Stewart punch.

Hi and good day to you all, todays card I am entering into three challenges, Wild Orchid Challenge,Love is Craft Your Days away get Stitchy with is and Sketch Saturday  which is a Scetch.
 

I used the Crafters companion Stamp Love you and coloured it with Pro Marker, the doilie heart I got from Ebay, papers are 6"x6" called springtime by Echo park co, which I drew the stitching on, I thought is looked ok, if I do say so myself.
Well its nearly 3.15am better go to bed as I have to take my Dad to his 2nd Chemo sesion today at 11.30. so night night all see you soon.

I used the Summer lovely Lilies stamp I think she is soooo sweet.

Tilda

Well good day to you, hope you having a good week, I am Sooooooo gel of the girls who have gone to California for the CHA, 
Todays card I am entering into Totally Tilda Challenge Pink & Red Valentines - The Secret Crafter Challenge, Ribbons and Craft Your Days Away Challenge, Distressing. I am sorry for the poor picture as it is showing the red to be pinkish.
Ingredients
Pink card for the matting, from my stash
Some red card for the layering,  from my stash
pink velour ribbon, from my stash
15mm red roses, 15mm white rose, two tone sweet heart blossoms. all from wild orchid crafts
red small roses I got given to me a while ago.
I cut the Doily die and Swirl die from some pink glitter card from my stash, dies are from Dies to Die for'
Dancing party tilda from Bunny Zoe's Crafts I coloured her with promarkers for her dress Poppy Red, antique pink, cerise and pale pink  hair is cocoa, cinnamon and Satin, Skin Dusky Pink, Almond & Blush, 
I glittered her shoes with stickles.and the red gems form my stash.
I distressed the edge of the image with Tattered rose distress ink.

Happy Highlights

Hi Everyone hope you are having a lovely weekend, todays cards is for the Papertake Weekly challenge Happy Highlights.  


I used a stamp from Crafters Companion called Yum I coulered her with Promarkers,  I highlighted the Glass with Spray Glitter to make it look like a glass, I used 25mm Wild roses 15mm Roses Some two tone Sweetheart blosoms and Some closed bud roses All from Wild Orchid Crafts they have some fab flowers anything you woud need.
weel its off to bed for me got the Grand children here tonight so will be up with the larks.

Sugar Nellie paper piecing

Hi all, hope you are all well. todays card is for the Sugar bowl challenge.
 
Sorry About the Colour of this picture the Matting is Gray, I used Dress up Maggie From Suger Nellie,
 the pink layering is a 6x6 pad called Springtime, by EP. the Grey layer I won in a challenge. And the top layer is a Tatty Teddy piece of wrapping paper, I paper Pieced her hat and dress to match, I like the look it has turned out ok I think, well it is 3.30am must try to get some sleep.

I love Chocolate

Good Monday to you all hunnie's todays Card I have made for my Daughter, who I love very much and she loves wine and Chocolates so onto the Crafter Companion challenge 'love is in the air' it goes, I am also entering it onto Saturday Challenge, food and drink.
I have used Crafters Companion S.W.A.L.K. set you deserve a treat stamp and coloured it with pro markers, A Martha Stewart border punch the backing paper is from a sheet of wrapping paper, flowers from wild orchid crafts, a heart charm to represent love, and some pink satin ribbon. Lovely Tilda


Hi all, Well what a horrible two weeks my family & I have had, found out a family member has terminal cancer, it has turned everything upside down, but onward and upward and positive thinking and we will cope with this.
Todays cards I am entering into the Just Magnolia & Totally Tilda challenge 


I used Lovely tilda and coloured her with promarkers, an elephant that I found on another Card so I cut him out. the backing paper I won in a challenge for Fab'N'Funky, the green paper is from a Artsy Collage Textured paper pad I have had for ages, the white paper is from a shop called Arty & Crafty's but that has now closed (what a shame I loved that shop) ribbon and beads from my stash and the flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts they do the most fab Flowers.

Wedding card


Well Hi there everyone, this card I have made for a Wedding I am Attending tomorrow, so had to get it posted today.
I bought the shaped card from papercuts in Whitley Bay the stamp is from Lili of the Valley, called "I do", backing paper is from flowers soft, all flowers are from wild orchid crafts, the little fairy charm, brad and ribbon slider is from ebay. 
and my new is the boarder cut with my new for Xams from my Husband is Grand calibur

Good day to you all, I am back at last have a few family things going on so not had the chance or frame of mind to post lately, but i could not resist this challenge so here goes.

and recylce I Did I gathered rather few things darker pink is wallpaper left over from years ago when I decorated my Daughters bedroom, baking paper is wrapping paper, ribbon from a birthday gift, the picture is cut from an old calender. flowers are from wild orchid craft and they are new ones. well thats it for now see you all later.

Hi all, Todays card is for the Sugar bowl Challenge, No ‘Shop Bought’ Design Papers allowed either make your own or go without!
 My Lovely Husband bought me the Grand Calibur for Christmas, so I was away playing, I used Spellbinders Edgeabilities down the side Classic triple Scallop, then distressed the edge with tattered rose distress ink. I embossed the centre with a cuttlebug embossing folder. I had the flower fairy already done she is called rose, a swirl die then distressed it along with the backing on the fairy. tidied it up with a ribbon and some flowers from wild orchid crafts, 20mm cream rose and 10mm white rose which I also distressed the edges, hope you have a great new year, I am off now to a panto. the centiment is from Lili of the valley

White with one other colour & Sketch Saturday


Todays card is for the Just Magnolia challenge white with one other colour, and Sketch Saturday.


My colour combo is White with Pink. the backing paper is from the Love letters collection by Mindy Terasawa, I think they are fab.
The stamp is Patiently Waiting Tilda from Simon says Stamps
the flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts and I used 25mm two tone Hybrid tea roses, sweet heart blossoms, 15mm white open roses and last I used 2 tone pink/white Gladioli. I didn't colour her shoes I put some top coat nail polish to give them the patent leather look.

white Xmas

well I am back home again after a lovely time with friends in Halifax

Todays card I am entering into two challenges, TotalyTilda no37, White on White & Just Magnolia  "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas"

On this card I used 6x6" card then another piece of 6x6" and die cut and embossed a circle out the centre I stamped up Dancing Party Tilda and used Pro markers to colour her hair and skin only, I used a glue pen on her dress a put some fine Crystal Glitter on, the Large snowflakes are a die from Provo Craft, which I cut and embossed, the small snowflakes I bought on ebay, the Christmas Circular Sentiments is from Lili of the valley, and last of all white ribbon from my stash.

week 38 Easel Card

Well Happy monday to you all, I have had a busy weekend AGAIN, But at least my tree is up,  3 years ago yesterday, we lost my dear mother suddenly, and my Daughter, Son and myself agreed that we would put our decorations up in our own houses on that date every year, as she loved Christmas, ( enough of the sad things) I will post pictures soon.
todays card is for the Wild Orchid Craft Challenge, Week 38- Easel Cards.
this is my first easel card so here goes.

 This is a 6" square card the backing papers the Lilac is from Create and Craft, and the papers are Echo Park - Springtime 6 x 6 Pad, from Dies to die for, the image is a Bravura Stamp I think it has coloured up with pro markers really well.



 The border is a Martha stewart border punch which I got from ebay, and the bottom Border I put on with double sided foam pads, then sprinkled lilac glitter on to stop it being Sticky I was pleased with the way it turned out, flowers as are the 20mm white roses,  and sweetheart blosoms , from Wild Orchid Crafts.

and the greetings stamp was in in my stash, and the Lilac ribbon and lace is from my stash.
well better go to bed now that it is 4.30am
